The Festivals Bulletin is now available in two formats: DIGITAL and HARD COPY.

Members current with their NFMC dues may choose their preferred format:

• $10 – Online Bulletin or
• $16 – Online Bulletin and Hard Copy (includes shipping)

How to Order

Option 1: Order Online

1. Visit www.nfmc-music.org/payment
2. From the “Plans” drop-down menu, select “Bulletin.”
3. In the “Note” box, indicate the format you are purchasing.
4. Enter the appropriate payment amount.
5. Complete the order by entering your name, contact information, and payment information.

Option 2: Order by Phone
Call NFMC Headquarters at 317-882-4003.

Orders for Non-Members

The following non-members may also purchase the Bulletin (online or hard copy):

• Composers with music listed in the Bulletin — may purchase 1 copy.
• Publishers with music listed in the Bulletin — may purchase 1 copy.
• Music Retailers — may purchase up to 3 copies for in-store use only.

Granting Online Bulletin Access to New Members

To add a new Senior Club member to Vivace after October 10, 2025:

Add the new member as a new teacher in Vivace. Send the following information to the Vivace Chair:

• Name of the new member
• Festival Area – State
• Identify how the new member purchased their bulletin. If purchased through the NFMC payment portal, please attach a screenshot of the receipt.

Once verified with NFMC Headquarters (or Senior Club leadership) that the teacher has purchased a Bulletin (print and/or online), the Vivace Chair will submit a ticket to the technology team to grant access to the Online Bulletin.
