Printing Instructions

Throughout the website you will find opportunities to print-out application forms and other informational documents.  These print-out opportunities are represented by a yellow, "piece of paper" icon with a text description.

	The "piece of paper" icon indicates an application or informational document available for print-out.
	The "printer/question mark" icon provides a link to these printing instructions.

To print out an application or document...

• Click on the "piece of paper" icon
• A separate window will appear displaying the document (pdf format)
• Click on the printer button to initiate printing
• Click on the small "X" in the upper-right hand corner of the window to exit and return to the page where you began.

To close this Printing Instructions window, click on the small "X" in the upper-right hand corner of this window.
